Compare the planned opportunity with the participation that occurred
Compare the intended opportunities with what participants chose.
A quiet station listed in the plan may receive little use for several reasons. Read observation notes and optional feedback alongside counts, then choose a practical revision rather than treating attendance as a complete explanation.
Identify planned experiences. Record actual choices. Suggest a revision.
What further context would make the pattern clearer?
A rarely used station may need a clearer entry point or a different format.
Compare intended opportunities with actual use and seek missing context. Numbers alone cannot explain why a station was chosen or avoided.
What further feedback would help? Use brief optional check-ins.
Attendance counts alone do not explain experience.
