Printable Resource Licence
What families, classrooms, schools, clubs and care services may do with free printable files.
You may
- Download a resource from its page and print copies for children in one family, classroom, school, club or care service.
- Share printed copies with children participating in that setting.
- Enlarge a page, print in greyscale or make a reasonable access adaptation for your own group.
- Link colleagues and families to the public resource page so they receive the current file and guidance.
- Store one working copy on the service’s restricted internal system for authorised staff in that service.
You may not
- Sell a file or include it in a paid or sponsored resource pack.
- Upload the PDF, PNG or source artwork to another website, social-media file area, marketplace or public drive.
- Redistribute files to unrelated services or broad membership groups.
- Remove the logo or attribution and present the resource as someone else’s work.
- Extract, resell or use illustrations, templates or editable components as a separate asset library.
- Use the files to train a model or generate a competing bulk resource library without written permission.
Adaptations
Reasonable access adaptations are permitted for use with your own group. Publishing or distributing an altered file requires written permission. A link to the original page is the preferred way to share a resource.
Third-party elements
Where a font or other element has its own licence, that licence continues to apply. Traditional or public-domain subject matter does not place this project’s original wording, artwork or layout in the public domain.
