Reflect on cooperation without giving friendship grades
Review task processes rather than judging relationships.
Review the processes that helped or hindered the joint task. A shared parts tray or clearer handover can be improved without judging which participants are good friends or asking the group to score relationships.
Ask what the group could change in its process. Reflection on cooperation should not become a public judgement about who is a good friend.
Choose a practical adjustment for next time
A shared parts tray may have reduced searching time.
Describe a helpful action. Identify a barrier. Plan one adjustment.
Do not assign friendship grades. What could improve the next task?
Allow anonymous suggestions.
