Watching can be a chosen role in a group challenge
Make watching a legitimate way to participate without forced reporting.
An observer may notice how joins behave while others test the model. Offer a focus if wanted and a way to change roles, keeping observation legitimate without turning it into permanent separation from making.
An observer can notice which joins move during testing.
Connect the role without fixing the participant in it
Explain how observation connects to the challenge while allowing role changes. Watching should remain an available choice rather than a fixed assignment.
