Make a classroom environmental action observable
Specify an observable action and a way to review it.
Replace a broad ambition with one action the group can record. Returning unused sheets to a tray, for example, produces a defined count while leaving larger environmental effects as a separate question.
Define the action. Choose a recording method. Set a review point.
Decide what the review will actually show
Recording unused sheets returned to a tray is more measurable than 'be greener'.
Define the action, unit and review interval before starting. The record should support a limited conclusion about what the group actually did.
Do not invent impact figures. What will the record show?
Use a simple tick chart.
