Equipment Inventory Template
List equipment, then print a stocktake sheet with space for counted quantities, storage locations and condition notes.
Write one equipment name per line, up to 30 entries and 80 characters per entry. Repeated names are kept for equipment stored in separate places.
Replace the example equipment with your list, then create the sheet.
Record what is actually in the cupboard
Use one sheet for an area or collection you can check together. Replace the example names with your equipment. Print the list, write the date counted, then enter the quantity and unit, storage place and any missing parts or condition notes by hand. Count complete sets and individual pieces consistently. Use separate rows when the same equipment is stored in different places; the tool keeps repeated entries in the order entered.
After checking the equipment, use the program planner to enter the equipment available for a session or record stock in its shopping list. A name on this blank inventory sheet does not establish a quantity or that an item is suitable to use. Follow your normal procedures for damaged or incomplete equipment.
Keep and print the template
Choose A4 or US Letter and print or Save as PDF at 100% scale, with browser headers and footers off. Rows have room for handwriting; long names wrap and continue onto further pages with repeated headings. Save a settings file to reload the title, equipment names and counting notes. Handwritten stocktake entries remain on your printed sheet. All processing stays in this browser. Use equipment and place names, and leave out children’s names or personal details.
