Activity Rotation Organiser

Plan group visits to activity stations with separate rounds and explicit changeover time.

Enter 2–8 distinct labels in each list, one per line, up to 80 characters each. Provide at least one station per group. Use group labels, not children’s names.

Check the groups and stations, then create the rotation.

Prepare stations before groups rotate

Each round gives every group a different station. Groups move forward one station each round; one complete cycle uses as many rounds as there are stations. With fewer groups, some stations are unused in each round. Changeover time appears between rounds, with none added after the final round.

Times are elapsed minutes from the start, not clock times. Choose station and changeover durations for the actual activities and space. The plan does not assess capacity, equipment conflicts, staffing or suitability. Check those before starting; allow children to observe or remain with an agreed alternative when rotating is unsuitable.

Keep and print the plan

Save settings to reload group labels, stations and timing. Choose A4 or US Letter, then print or Save as PDF at 100% scale with browser headers and footers off. Check the preview. No group membership or child information is needed or saved.
