Revise an elimination game so participation can continue
Keep participation available after mistakes or unlucky outcomes.
Examine what happens after a mistake or unlucky event. A workable re-entry or retry rule can preserve challenge while avoiding a long period of watching with no route back into the game.
Identify the waiting barrier. Propose a re-entry rule. Test participation.
Check the practical waiting time
Check how long a participant must wait after the revised rule. A nominal re-entry option can still create a practical participation barrier.
A missed clue can trigger another attempt rather than removal from play.
Who remains able to participate? Offer parallel helper roles.
Re-entry should be workable and respectful.
