A movement sequence needs a readable order and clear cues
Arrange a short repeatable order of comfortable actions.
Three accessible actions can create a repeatable phrase. Offer equivalent ways to perform each action while preserving its place in the sequence, making coordinated participation possible without requiring identical bodies or movements.
To hand: Three original action cards.
- Choose accessible actions.
- Order the cards.
- Add start and finish cues.
Keep the order while allowing alternatives
Use accessible equivalents for each action while preserving the order. The shared sequence need not require identical physical movements.
Reach, pause and turn a card can form a seated sequence.
Offer equivalent alternatives.
Can the sequence be repeated? Use token movements.
