Report an issue

How reports are reviewed
The report is checked against the webpage, actual download and appropriate authoritative sources. A resource may be temporarily removed while a material safety, factual or copyright concern is assessed.
Making a correction
Corrections are applied wherever the issue appears, including the webpage, preview, printable or answer key. Minor spelling fixes may not receive a public notice. Material changes update the review date.
The site does not promise a response deadline, but a clear description and supporting evidence help us investigate the problem.
